Anyone who knows us, or who follows Haute Note’s Facebook page, knows we’re pretty smitten with our two cats, Barnum & Bailey. *

* – Yes, when we first brought them home, our house was a 24-hour-a-day cat circus! We were obligated to name our new furry babies accordingly.

We owe our heartfelt gratitude to the volunteers at Katie’s Place, a no-kill Animal Shelter in Maple Ridge, for their tireless efforts on behalf of the unloved and mistreated animals that come their way, and more-importantly, for introducing us to our adorable little guys.

Katie’s Place is having their first annual Dinner/Dance Fundraising Event – The Cat Ball – on Saturday, November 1st.  Tickets are $50 per person, and includes dinner, and live entertainment.  There will also be a silent auction, 50/50 draw, tooney toss, and lots of fun, had by all!
